Return exclusion – Family & Friends promotion

Please note that all products purchased as part of the Louis Widmer Family & Friends promotion cannot be exchanged or returned.
These items are excluded from the right of withdrawal and return, as this is a limited-time special promotion with exclusive price advantages.

Any statutory warranty claims (e.g., for damaged or defective products) remain unaffected, of course.
